• As an entrepreneurial type, you work together with us on the success of memox and manage the location with a great deal of commitment and leadership.
• You are responsible for customer satisfaction, costs and sales.
• You are the contact person for all inquiries and ensure that the events run perfectly.
• As a passionate host, you are always the first point of contact for our customers.
• Actively acquiring new customers and looking after existing customers are a matter of course for you.
• You are co-responsible for the operational management of the location and are responsible for team management, resource procurement, set-up of the rooms, as well as cost control. 
• You ensure quality management with high standards.
• You bring your own ideas, ensure the continuous improvement of processes and develop standards.

What you bring with you

• You have several years of professional experience in sales/sales with a professional provider.
• In your last position, you demonstrated your leadership experience and competence.
• Budgets, forecasts and revenue are not foreign words for you.
• You have experience with the management of catering partners, an understanding of gastronomy and hygiene.
• You are not afraid of change and are willing to make mistakes and learn from them.
• Your entrepreneurial thinking combines with sales strength, consulting and networking skills.
• Leadership and motivation are among your strengths and you act as a role model.
• You shine as an excellent host with a strong service mentality.
• You communicate with your customers in written and verbal form in German and English.
• You love the hands-on mentality and pitching in.
